Description

Protein modification reagent. Used to prepare maleimide-activated proteins through EDC coupling of the carboxyl group to available protein amino groups. The product is also a probe for protein thiol groups and is non cleavable. Modifies protein sulfhydryl groups to carboxyl groups.
